Nite Ride – Klang Your Nite Destination

1433 Ramadhan 28 - During Ramadhan I’m limiting cycling activities to nite site and only during weekends .. Took this month advantages to closer me, myself and I to worship the Great Allah .. Allahu Akbar ..

I would like to share some nite ride memories with Rotor X Team here .. perhaps after raya we could continue the ride as per usual .. ride, ride and ride .. Some common place will look different at night.

But before you hit the road and ride .. Pls make sure you are well prepared in term of safety .. try be more visible to other motorist .. wear bright, put on light front and rear .. reflector vest is highly recommended to every riders ..

Istana Alam Shah

Istana Alam Shah is the official palace of the Sultan of Selangor, located in southern Klang, the royal town of the state of Selangor, Malaysia.
The palace was built in 1905 during the rule of Sultan Sir Alaeddin Sulaiman Shah, who was the fifth Sultan of Selangor. The Sultan went on to live in the palace for 35 years until his death in 1938. It was also here that the 7th Sultan, Sultan Salahuddin Abdul Aziz Shah, was born.
Despite the Sultan having two other official residences in Shah Alam and Putrajaya, most royal ceremonies (such as the coronation of a new Sultan) involving the Selangor royal family are held in Istana Alam Shah. - text from wikipedia.org

Kota Bridge

Kota Bridge or Jambatan Kota is the first double-decked bridge in Malaysia. It is located in Klang, Selangor. It is constructed between 1958 and 1960. The bridge was officially opened in 1961 by the late Sultan of Selangor, Almarhum Sultan Salahuddin Abdul Aziz Shah in conjunction with his coronation as the ninth Sultan of Selangor. The bridge is closed to traffic in the 1990s due to high capacity. The new Kota Bridge is located beside of the old bridge.

1433 Ramadhan 27 -Curi sikit masa rehat tengah hari utk entry kali nie .. masih lagik slot flashback 2011 .. Kat luar tu mendung jer .. berpanoramakan Petaling Jaya, bandar satelite bagi metropolitan Kuala Lumpur .. diselubungi kabus dan jerebu .. mmg mood suam2 ler .. insya allah umat Islam akan berhari raya pada hari ahad nanti .. paling tidak pun isnin lerrrr .. kadang2 tergelojoh jugak nak berhari raya bila dah tua2 mcm nie ..

Sebut jer Putrajaya mesti semua org tau .. klu sebut Pulau Putrajaya pasti ada yang tertanya2 .. Putrajaya tu pulau ker ? Tidak, tapi dalam Putrajaya ada sebuah pulau buatan manusia .. pulau berkenaan dikenali sebagai Core Island. Sejajar dengan nama dan peranan nyer sebagai pusat pentadbiran yang menempatkan ibu pejabat kementerian-kementerian dalam Malaysia .. klik link >> Core Island Putraya

The rides

Dengan perimeter sejauh lebih kurang 11km, laluan mengelilingi pulau amat lengang dan menyenangkan .. kire privasi la jugak ..  terasing dari laluan jalan raya utama sesuai utk berkayuh bersama keluarga .. menyajikan laluan yang luas dan mendatar di pinggir tasik melalui kuarters moden kerajaan dan beberapa taman2 rekreasi ..

Setiap kali kayuh kat sini, mesti aku parking kat tempat yang berlainan .. bukan ape saje cari variasi .. lagipun parking luas dan banyak .. antara yang jadik feveret ialah bersebelahan Masjid Sultan Mizan aka Masjid Besi .. kat Monumen Alaf Baru pun sesuai jugak .. atte mana2 la parking .. janji free dan selamat ..

If you re looking for heavy and sweat ride .. this route is not for you .. but still you can find a way one to sweat your pant .. not so hard but just sufficient to tire you out and at the same time favor you with beautiful scenery .. huh .. OME !!! pls mind my english ..

Antara sebab aku suka kayuh sini pasal taman2 nyer .. klu malas nak kayuh pun tak jadik hal untuk membuang masa meny'enap' gambar2 bunga dan kumbang .. turun dan tolak basikal .. asik kayuh2 jer sesekali turun la pulak berjalan .. kuar jugak peluh sambil menikmati permandangan yang mendamaikan ..

It is an advantage for those who are working around Putrajaya area .. but the advantage are not been taken by most of the local residents .. not much to say larrr .. cycling for everyone, but not everyone want to cycle .. it is their life and their choice to live ..

if I being offering to do what i like most in this life currently .. i'll say i want to cycle around the world .. perghhh!!! even around selangor pun tak complete lagi .. nak pusing donia .. chaittt !!! but that is a big dream to achieve .. load and full my head with touring idea every time and any time any where i go .. the ideas grow .. i'm just preparing me, myself and the bike for that .. when the time comes .. insya allah

1433 Ramadhan 26 - Alhamdulillah ada sikit kesempatan utk mencoret cuit kisah kayuhan dulu2 .. bukan lah kayuhan epik cuma kayuhan layan perasaan dan perasan .. Hmm Ramadhan pun sudah sampai ke penghujung nya .. Seruan kayuhan terpaksa diabaikan .. dahulukan mana yang penting .. ikut severity la .. kali nie nak dirakamkan sikit kayuhan comeback bersama bad .. masa tu dah putus harap dah .. tobat katanya tak nak kayuh .. tapi lepas tu .. lain plak yang jadik .. hehehehe

Route : Wetland > IOI, Sri Perdana > Lake Club > Taman Botani

Putrajaya Wetland is among the best place to ride .. Pengalaman pertama kali kayuh kat sini memang tak dapat dilupakan .. dan ini bukan kali kedua aku kayuh kat sini .. mau berkali2 dah nie .. rase2 nyer la .. 

first time dulu Adnzee aka ABA bawak .. dia kan sifu MTB aku .. kami start kayuh dari rumah dia kat Percint 11 ke Wetland .. dia la yang kenalkan aku dgn Sydin dan FUJI tahoe comp nie .. dia ada ajar aku pasal teknik2 nak kayuh nie .. dan petik satu nama legend dlm bidang  kayuhan nie yang banyak provide tips kat internet .. tapi sapa nama ntah aku tak ingat .. dah mendiang pun .. kemalangan, basikal dirempuh oleh seorang pemandu mabuk .. laman web tu pun aku tak ingat daa ..  

salah satu tip yang diperturunkan hari tu ialah .. instead of using hadapan kaki utk tekan pedal .. kite boleh gak pakai perut kaki .. effect tekanan serta merta bertukar dari otot betis kepada otot atas peha semasa kayuhan .. sekali gus memberi kelegaan dan kerehatan pada betis .. tips nie keluaq pasal masa tu aku dah nak mengelupoq cramp dah .. terima kasih bro ..

First part of the trail is cover with batu kerikil .. actually the trail is a wetland's mentenan road .. you will find labours and workers along the road .. so no need to worries la when cycle inside .. the trail will lead till Sri Perdana .. can find out about the trail from my previous entry in 2009 .. Kayuhan Pertama barangkali Wetland, Putrajaya  . Masa kayuh dgn Bad, kiterang redah jer laluan pinggir tasik belakang Sri Perdana mengunjur hingga ke Kelab Tasik Putrajaya .. Laluan seperti titi kayu tu macam khas utk resident berjogging jer nampak .. mmg nyaman dan redup kayuh sepanjang tu .. tapi awas, mungkin ada paku-paku yang terpacak keluar ..

The wooden pavement end at the Lake Club .. we took some times to relax and enjoy the water activity like kayak and boating there .. and definitely snap some pictures as evidence of the adventure .. no so adventure larrr .. syok2 saja kayuh ... haa .. Then from the club, we crossed over to the Taman Botani Putrajaya and take shortcut back to Wetland, where we had park the car.

This is interesting .. entah bila plak wujud taman ala2 timur tengah nie kat Taman Botani .. siap dgn kolam kat tengah laman just feel like Andalusia jerr .. perasan jer la .. Andalusia pun tak sampai lagik aku nie .. Andalas Klang ada la sampai ..

Ohhh .. mcmana plak gambar nie kuar last .. at the end of the batu kerikil road tu .. kena redah tasik sikit utk ke seberang .. dlm jarak 20 meter ada la .. tapi seram gak, pasal tak tahu ape ade kat dalam air tuh .. heheheh .. saja kasik suspen .. takde ape pun .. boleh tahan jugak dalam, tenggelam la crank tu .. citer punyer citer .. hampir 2 tahun tak ke sana la jugak .. insya allah .. ingat mau ajak si ABA ler .. kasik dia warm up basikal die tu ..
